This is a blogging project I created for one simple reason: to challenge myself to become a better cook, as well as to stretch myself into trying new and different recipes.

And the best part? My wonderful husband has agreed to join me on this journey.

So this blog will be a collection of original recipes (recipes I’ve created or have altered to make my own) as well as a collection of recipes I have tried from various sources and will share with you.

I believe you can be a picky eater and still enjoy amazing food. This is my attempt to avoid Hamburger Helper and frozen dinners.
